This is the Christian Koban Jewelry Shop and Showroom designed by Studio Kattentidt and located in the western Berlin, in a building below S-Bahn rail track that connects east and west Berlin. In the showroom, four tonnes of rubber tires are given a new display function.
The local reform was an old shop located under the train tracks and decided to turn it into an innovative and original concept where the process was inspiring and stimulating for customers purchase.
In the project have been preserved brick walls and arches of the old structure of the train. The main part used in the local are recycled tires that are responsible for creating a contrast between luxury and industrial. They have been placed for the exhibition of jewelry and leather bags, and with them crystals, hanging from the ceiling, where you can see beautiful suspension lamps.
