With an undeniably beautiful architecture, this family home on Portugal’s sunshine coast displays an intriguing combination of building materials shaping an elegant, almost unreal design. Created out of a collection of bold touches, Quinta Villa expresses a deep sculptural identity both inside and outside.
The Quinta Villa was designed by the London and Portugal based studio Staffan Tollgard Design Group. This stylish and contemporary family residence has been constructed with stone, concrete and glass. Glass sliding doors enable a seamless indoor and outdoor living space.
The Quinta Villa is spread across two different levels with the front of the house feature a red entrance way, large vertical windows as well as stone and white concrete render. Alongside the perfectly smooth grass and hardy plants, it sits in its surroundings nicely.
The interior utilises a selection of modern art pieces with the state-of-the-art kitchen finished in pristine white while the living room is accentuated by its pops of colour from a selection of different art works and furniture.
Innovation and elegance go hand in hand when it comes to creating the stunning interiors – rich textures and vibrant colors intermingle to create a dynamic design that paradoxically feeds visitors with a comforting feeling. Flooded by natural light coming from sliding glass walls, living spaces present unique design innovations that shape a perfect dream home.
